IRELAND’s Shane Lowry is just a single shot off the lead heading into the final round of the RBC Heritage.
The Offaly native carded eight birdies with two bogeys on his way to a six-under 65 at Harbour Town Golf Links.

Lowry now sits on 10 under and a in a three-way tie in second place.
World number 30 has followed on his form after finishing 3rd in the Masters last week at Augusta National as he is set to contend once again in South Carolina.
In his last five stroke play events the Clara man hasn’t finished outside the top-20 as his career best consistency continues.
The 35-year-old told Sky Sports after the round: “Without complaining too much, 65 is the worst score I could have shot
“I hit the ball unbelievable today, and I didn’t really hole anything. That putt on the last is probably as long as I’ve holed all day.
“It was getting quite frustrating for a while, but I hit it in pretty close a couple of times and made a couple of nice birdies.
“It was really nice to birdie the last and get myself into double digits for the tournament.”

Harold Varner III pencilled the best round from the field on Day 3. The American signed off with a 63 giving him a single shot advantage over the chasing pack.
The Irishman has won only once on US soil at the 2015 WGC at Bridgestone.
Shane Lowry’s final round gets underway 6:50pm Irish local time. He will be in the final pairing with 3rd round leader Harold Varner 3.
